Excavation and rural trenching in Pilton
AusTrench Pty Ltd supports suitable local excavation and rural property works, including general earthworks and heavy-duty trenching. We also discuss drainage and pipeline excavation for agricultural infrastructure where the project scope requires it.
Agricultural earthworks for local and regional projects
Our operating base supports excavation and trenching for farming, rural infrastructure and larger regional projects. The local area is known for black soil and cracking black soil conditions, so we assess ground behaviour, access and the planned excavation before selecting the most suitable operated equipment. We undertake earthworks that prepare ground for agricultural improvements and construction, including excavation, cutouts and site shaping. For infrastructure routes, our heavy-duty trenching service supports long excavations for agricultural water lines, drainage and underground utilities. We assess the ground and proposed alignment to determine whether the tracked rock trencher, wheeled trencher or excavator is an appropriate operated option. Challenging ground may call for rock trenching, while other areas need more conventional excavation or shaping. Our focus is on preparing the trench and managing excavated material within the agreed earthworks scope. We also undertake dam digging, waterway earthworks and shed pad cutouts for suitable properties. For a rural shed site, we shape and excavate the work area around the intended footprint and levels. For water-related works, we can excavate and reshape ground around farm dams or drainage routes, subject to the relevant design and approvals. Contour bank construction and land clearing are available for other agricultural property improvements. All machinery is supplied with an operator on a wet hire basis. Owner-operator James Buckel brings a lifelong agricultural background and six years in business to planning practical rural excavation works. We consider suitable work across Western Queensland and New South Wales, including projects up to 600 km west and 600 km south, with larger jobs assessed according to project scale and mobilisation requirements.
